How do I take VALIA?
Add 1 level scoop (10 g) to 300 to 500 ml (10 to 17 oz) of cold water and shake or stir. One scoop a day, any time of day. Consistency matters most.
What's in each scoop?
5 g of creatine monohydrate (the amount used in most research), plus 500 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 50 mg magnesium.
How long does a tub last?
Each 300 g tub holds 30 servings, one scoop a day for a month. A scoop is included in every tub.

When will I notice a difference?
Creatine builds up in your muscles over time. Taking 3 to 5 g a day fills your stores in about 3 to 4 weeks. Most strength research looks at daily use over 8 to 12 weeks or longer, together with regular activity. We recommend at least 3 months.
Will creatine make me bulky?
No. Creatine supports strength and muscle function. Building large muscles takes specific heavy training and diet. Some people notice a little extra water held in the muscles in the first weeks.
Is creatine safe for women?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements, including in women and older adults. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a kidney or other medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.

Why a scoop and not gummies?
